Pin C to Pin E I get 9550 ohms on one car and 7890 ohms on another. Pin C to Pin E on the wiki will vary depending on your Throttle body adjustments and TPS adjustments. so you may see from 800 ohms to 1.1k ohms at the idle position and about 7800 - 9200 ohms up top. The max voltage I can get out of my TPS is 4.64 volts but usually with the stopper bolts for proper throttle plate alignment you see about the 3.8 - 4.0 volts. I wanted to see what the max voltage out was. It will never reach 5 volts on my cars. What is you minimum? .44V or .46V? if so you have a 1990 NA? so you might have the bolt up just a bit and if it's still factory then 3.8V might be you actual minimum since new. You can adjust it in just a bit so at max throttle you see the 4V. all the way in you might get 4.51-4.64 volts depending on your tps adjustment. Here is Thumper300ZX image showing the stop bolt, some cars have an actual bump and not the stop bolt.
